Once we reach your new home, our dedicated team will unload and assist in placing the items in their respective rooms.

Full or Partial Unpacking: We can unpack the boxes for you and even take away the packing debris.
Debris Removal: Once you unpack, call us back, and we will pick up and dispose of all the packing materials for you.

Home Preparation

This is the time between the booking of your move until the scheduled move date, you’ll need to be sure all the items you are handling yourself are taken care of. If you are packing yourself, you’ll get all the boxes packed and prepped.

Pre-Move Consultation: 72-Hours Prior

Your coordinator will touch base with you to reconfirm information and make sure you’re on track with packing.

They will also answer any questions you might have and discuss your next steps.

24 Hour Prior Confirmation

You will receive a call from your move coordinator confirming the time of the driver and crew’s arrival for moving or packing day.

Moving Day

The driver and crew will arrive at your home, their first step will be to conduct a walk-through with you to confirm everything that is going, and the services that will be provided.

After the walk-through the driver and crew will get to work, they move fast so be sure you have everything you do not want going in a safe “no-fly” zone.

Transit Updates

While your goods are in our care and custody in transit, you will receive regular updates when available on the ETA of your shipment to its destination.

Delivery Day

The driver will conduct a walk-through at the destination to confirm where items will go, and once the walk-through is completed the crew will start unloading all of the boxes and furniture into the appropriate rooms.

If you include unpacking, this will most likely happen the next day, however, the coordinator will help you arrange.

Please make sure to complete the inventory Control Form, “Bingo Sheet” at the time of delivery to ensure all items have been delivered.
