Whether you’re relocating within San Diego, Vista, Seattle, or even Phoenix, we have a solution for you.
Also known as Storage in Transit (SIT), this option offers flexibility during your move. Whether you’re staging your home, waiting for your new one to be ready, or facing delays, think of SIT as a way to temporarily “pause” your transition.
From the moment your items are with us until delivery, we handle every detail. Your belongings are safely padded and fully insured for up to nine months post-storage. Our flat fee covers local deliveries and the reassembly of disassembled items
For storage needs extending beyond 9 months, we offer long-term solutions. This is similar to SIT, with the main difference being separate rates for local delivery.
Your items will remain insured depending on the coverage you select. When it’s time for delivery, this service is done at an hourly rate, based on the number of movers and trucks you need.
Security is the name of the game. Your belongings are safe and sound in sealed storage vaults. While this guarantees the safety of your items, it also means that regular access is generally discouraged due to associated costs. For frequent access, we suggest using private mini storage facilities.
Short Term Storage (SIT) and Long Term Storage are not intended for frequent access.

As a result, there is a charge each time the items need to be accessed because the company has to open the storage vaults and locate the specific items.
If items need to be accessed frequently, you should consider using a private mini storage facility, as these facilities are built for frequent access.

CMS Storage Process
As the shipment arrives, every item is inspected for damage and matched against our descriptive inventory.
Each item is padded and wrapped securely.
Your goods are stored in our wooden storage vaults (5’x7’x7’). Each vault is sealed, guaranteeing the safety of your items.
Whenever you’re ready, your items stay padded and are transported to your desired location, where they reach you in the same condition they were stored in.
